We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor (Team Leader) who is looking to do between 30-40 hours a week.
You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support for Care & Support Workers in your team.
Communication skills are key in this vital role. You must show confidence in your communications. You must build strong relationships with our customers, our care team and other professionals.
You will be responsible for taking new care workers through the induction process and providing them with ongoing guidance, hands-on, field-based training and supervision, enabling them to provide the best possible home care service to customers.

Attending customer’s first call to introduce the Care Workers Spot Checks
Assist Care Coordinators in allocating unassigned calls during office hours as appropriate
Undertake field-based training to ensure Care and Support Workers are working within their competency level
Ensure all reporting, and recording documents are kept up-to-date Assessing Care and Support Workers
Actively provide care as and when required On-call Duties
This role is based on a shift pattern. Working Monday- Sunday between 7 am and 10 pm.

Salary: £18,216.00-£19,500.00 per year
