Which areas do you cover?

We provide home care, elderly care and children’s support across Milton Keynes, including Olney and Buckingham; live-in care anywhere in the country; supported living for working-age adults in Kettering; and — once our new Chichester office opens — home care across West Sussex. Do you accept NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding?

Yes. We’re on the NHS Continuing Healthcare approved provider list, so we can deliver care that’s funded through CHC. Get in touch and we’ll work alongside your CHC team to get care in place.

How quickly can care start?

Once you’re completely happy with your care plan, your dedicated care can start in as little as 24 hours.

Is the home assessment really free?

Yes. We visit you at home, get to know your routines and what matters to you, and build a tailored plan — with no cost and no obligation.

How long are the visits?

Whatever you need — from 30-minute visits to 24/7 live-in support. Your care adapts to your schedule, not the other way round.

Are you regulated?

Yes. Peach Care Services is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and our carers are highly trained and well supported.

Can we change the care plan later?

Of course. Needs change, and so can your plan. We review it with you regularly and adjust visits, timings or support whenever you need.

Do you work with councils and health teams?

Yes. We work alongside local authorities and health professionals and are an approved provider on the North Northamptonshire Supported Living Framework.
