- Carers Connect: Championed by one of our incredible Managers, Ann Collins, this monthly initiative allows our team members to meet, share non-work-related experiences, and offer invaluable emotional and peer support to their colleagues.
- Biennial Team Awards: Driven by our Managing Director and Founder, we host dedicated awards nights every two years to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our colleagues.
- The Summer Party: Every year, our team comes together to unwind and celebrate with a massive summer party featuring BBQ food from all around the world!

Driving Social Value in Our Community
Our commitment to care doesn’t stop at the front door of our clients’ homes; it extends into the heart of our community. This year, Peach Care Services has launched and expanded a range of community initiatives designed to drive real social value:
- Tackling Social Isolation: We recently launched Friday Social, a dedicated initiative specifically designed to fight social isolation among adults, particularly older adults in our area who need connection the most.
- Youth Sports Sponsorship: We are incredibly proud to continue our sponsorship of the Berchwood Colts, a fantastic local children’s under-13 football team.
- Charitable Partnerships: We actively engage with and support vital local charities, including Harry’s Rainbow. Recently, Peach Care Services Limited was honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation for giving valuable support to The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. We are incredibly proud to be officially recognised as a friend of the regiment for 2026.
