Key Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and supporting a dedicated team of care assistants.

Conducting care assessments, reviews, and updating client care plans.

Participating in the on-call rota and delivering hands-on care when required.

Ensuring full compliance with CQC guidelines and company policies.
What We Offer

Base Salary: £26,500/year + performance bonuses and on-call enhancements.
