About the Role
Peach Care Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Weekend Support Worker to deliver high-quality domiciliary care across Milton Keynes. This role is perfect for individuals looking to fit rewarding work around their weekday commitments (such as studies or family). You will support elderly clients to live independently and safely in their own homes, assisting with mobility, personal care, and meal preparation, while also providing vital companionship and facilitating weekend community outings.
Requirements
A strong commitment to working weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for work use.
Previous experience in a care setting is highly advantageous, but full training is provided for the right candidate.
A strong understanding of safeguarding adults and a commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals from harm.
Good spoken and written English.
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check prior to employment.
Desirable
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
A valid Care Certificate and Manual Handling certifications.
